Unfortunately the pitches are still too wet at Lewes so the 1stXV squad have moved to a new venue for tonight courtesy of Millsy. It is a hard surface and bigger than the one we used at Moulscoombe.
Its at the Sussex Uni Campus at Falmer just off the A27 between Brighton and Lewes.

For your information there is a public database that can be searched for drugs that are prohibited for sport. If a sports person is taking medication for any reason and wants to check if its legal for their sport it can be checked here - Drug Information Database

This is the recommended Training/Match-day kit for all senior sides. If you play for the 1st XV then the after-match Polo shirt (Zaragoza) is a must.

This is a video that I found a while ago on the All Blacks website. It’s a good little motivational one to get you down the gym. Check out how much Carl Hayman can squat! It’s interesting to note that there top physio guy mentions that none of their gym sessions ever go over 40mins!
