How to post
Simply login, click the write tab, type the post, and click publish. It really is as simple as that but if you would like to know what the rest of the write features are please visit the WordPress help page.
Categories
These are the broad topics areas of the blog. There is one category for each team as well as social etc, posts must be placed in at least one relevant category. You are able to choose multiple categories if a post relates to more than one. If a post is applicable to the entire club please place it is the general category but try and avoid using this category where possible.
Tags
These should be used to describe what the content is. Multiple tags can be added by separating each one with a comma. If a post was about a fixture or a particular team tag it with each name. The more you tag the better, feel free to use multiple tags. We use tags in order to improve the blogs internal search results.
Pictures
Please make sure that any pictures that are uploaded to the site are named uniquely and with a name that describes the content of the picture. For example, if a picture of a cat sat on a hat was uploaded please name it cat_on_hat.jpg not DSC0001.cat
Video
You can add video from youtube into your posts. Simply write a new post and go to add media. Chose add video. When you have that go to the youtube video page that you want to add and copy and paste in the url section. COPY URL NOT EMBED CODE.
